    Order fulfilment allows Agents, Suppliers and Freight Forwarders to add data to a Purchase order entered manually, or electronically, by the procurement department onto an "Online Spreadsheet" produced with ASP.NET and SQL 2008 utilising the latest web technologies.

    Designed originally for Freight forwarders, our unique online Order and Fulfilment system is proving popular with many industries, global manufacturers and retail organisations. The transparency online of purchase order status, including the suppliers compliance to the ex works and delivery dates required, saves last minute panics on shipments. This transparency to all reduces the need for urgent Expensive transportation and helps to reduce regular shipping costs, by giving the local agent, supplier or your own in house purchasing department, a great deal of information, helping to consolidate cargo and reduce the frequency of late supply and the associated additional costs.

  • FACILITIES INCLUDE:

    Acceptance of an electronic file from an ERP system or a simple in house Excel spreadsheet containing values, ex works and delivery dates, shipping details weights and cube etc. populating our easy to use online application.

    Manual entry of shipping and order fulfilment data is entered by authorised third parties including Agents, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Shipping companies, Freight Forwarders and even final delivery Haulers and Recipients. Reports can be downloaded as a file, or document, into Microsoft Excel or Access.

    The screen scrolls across to accommodate an almost unlimited number of fields. Whilst this large number of fields make the screen appear very busy the target line is highlighted and easily printed as a clear, clean document, far removed from a typical Excel document.

  • FACILITIES INCLUDE CONTINUED:

    Tabs are created to your specification showing online, between 5 and almost unlimited (at present the most is 96) columns. This facility avoids scrolling for many users. Authorised parties have password controlled access to the screen. Allowing each to add or edit certain fields e.g. the principle will enter his orders, the supplier could add when completion and shipment can be expected, the shipping agent can add when sailed or flown, MAWB or BOL references, seal numbers etc. and the receiving agent can confirm receipt, duty paid and when delivered. An agent can logon and only view data relevant to them.

    Photographs and Drawings can be held in the database against every line of goods.

    Regular repeat address and contact details can be held online in the SQL database.

    Incremental changes can be e-mailed automatically to pre registered parties as and when required.

    Data can be up/downloaded into any 895 Group products or almost any third party system subject to the authors co-operation.
